On Friday, October 30, the three-time Grammy winner transformed into a high-fashion Halloween jester at Xouk Nightclub inside Resorts World Las Vegas for an elaborate four-minute performance that culminated in a frighteningly exciting reveal.
A press release reports that the Houston Hottie’s performance kicked off with four Cirque du Soleil performers dressed in striped ensembles and red masks, entertaining the crowd with a combination of breaking, capoeira, gliding, contortion, and diabolo.
As Megan’s music dropped, the performers froze, setting the stage for the rapper’s grand entrance. She was then rolled out wearing a towering origami pumpkin skirt before signaling for the performers to pull apart the oversized creation, revealing her party-ready look underneath.
“Working with Cirque du Soleil on this year’s Hottieween costume was such an amazing experience,” Megan said in a statement. “The amount of preparation, creativity, and attention to detail that went into bringing everything to life was incredible. It was the perfect way to set the tone for another unforgettable Hottieween celebration.”

Cirque du Soleil reports that the custom creation was designed under the direction of its creative director Gabriel Dubé-Dupuis and costume designer Miodrag “Mio” Guberinic, with 23 artists, artisans and specialized fabricators spending more than 700 hours bringing the look to life.

The elaborate ensemble featured more than 50 yards of fabric, including a massive origami pumpkin skirt constructed from 12 panels, each standing nearly six feet tall. The skirt alone also incorporated more than 400 square feet of custom-printed and hand-painted material.

The devil was certainly in the details, as an accordion sleeve featured 120 individually patterned pieces and more than 250 components, while 13 3D-printed jester embellishments added to the costume’s creepy couture aesthetic.

More than 50 strategically placed magnets allowed the pumpkin skirt to separate into four sections for Megan’s dramatic transformation.
“Hottieween is Megan’s world, and she has made Halloween a signature part of her creative identity, turning her annual celebrations into highly anticipated cultural moments,” Dubé-Dupuis said in a statement. “Our job was to bring a bit of Cirque du Soleil creativity into it.”
“Megan doesn’t do anything halfway, so it was very exciting to work with her,” he continued. “We designed the whole moment, not just the look: the arrival, the performers around her, and a costume that performs as part of the act.”
Choreographed by Tiffany Baker, the performance featured four artists from three of Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas productions.
Fabiano “Neguin” Carvalho Lopes, a Brazilian b-boy and capoeira performer from KÀ, joined glider Amaleke Shakur “Kidd The Monster” Bradley and Taiwanese diabolo artist Chih-Han Chao from Michael Jackson ONE. Mongolian contortionist Oldokh “Oggy” Ganbold from “O” rounded out the lineup.

Outside of stunning in her Hottieween look, Meg performed a medley of her hits while spookily shaking her Hot Girl glutes for the Hotties in attendance.
Since launching Hottieween in 2019, Megan has turned her annual boo bash into a signature celebration, bringing her Halloween festivities to Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Las Vegas.
