The Giants got to take pleasure in a Victory Monday this week — and they didn’t even play.

Big Blue were massive winners on their bye week, with the Cowboys collapsing against the Cardinals and the Eagles dropping to the Commanders on “Sunday Night Football,” marking Philly’s sixth straight loss.

The Giants’ NFC East lead grew as they sit at 4-2-1, with Dallas in second place at 3-5. Washington is in third at 2-4-1 and Philadelphia is in last place at 2-6.

So despite dropping quarterback Jaxson Dart and edge rusher Brian Burns to season-ending accidents in Weeks 2 and 3, respectively, the Giants are very much in the driver’s seat in the division in John Harbaugh’s first 12 months in cost.

The injury-ravaged Eagles weren’t precisely firing on all cylinders even with Jalen Hurts, and they look lost with out him now that he’s out for the season due to blood clots. They’re 0-3 with Tanner McKee as the starter and have been outscored 90-45 during that stretch.

The Cowboys have lost three of 4 and don’t seem to be going anywhere with their shambolic protection, which got torched by Gardner Minshew after he changed beginning quarterback Jacoby Brissett mid-game.

And while the Commanders got a much-needed win Sunday, Dan Quinn hasn’t impressed confidence with a sequence of errors this season, and quarterback Jayden Daniels is enjoying through an elbow challenge that reportedly will require surgical procedure after the season. Washington also lost high receiver Terry McLaurin and defensive deal with Daron Payne for the season.

The rested Giants go to the spiraling Eagles on Sunday before internet hosting the Commanders 4 days later on “Thursday Night Football.”
