Two seasons in the past with the Mammoth, Sean Durzi signed the largest contract of his profession and was slated for a greater function than he had ever had when he suffered a devastating shoulder damage just 4 video games in.
While the damage required surgical procedure and restricted him to 30 video games that season, it was not possible to forecast how much it would derail Durzi’s time — and potential — in Utah.
By the time he was prepared to return to the lineup, Michael Kesselring had taken over his tasks.
Last season, Durzi injured his other shoulder just two video games in and missed most of the first two months of the 2025-26 marketing campaign.
