Haley Cavinder and her twin sister Hanna Cavinder opened up about how they “actually changed” their our bodies in a span of six months after “training with purpose” and consuming more.
The TikTok stars, who grew to become high NIL earners while enjoying basketball at the University of Miami, shared side-by-side bikini pictures of themselves, exhibiting their transformation before and after altering their exercise program.
“We used to chase skinny,” they said Monday in an Instagram submit. “Which meant under consuming, over-training, and questioning why nothing ever grew particularly our glutes.

“For years we thought less meals = higher outcomes. In actuality, it just meant stalled progress, low power, and our bodies that couldn’t change.
“Once we began consuming enough, following intentional macros, and coaching with objective that’s when our our bodies truly modified.
“Glute growth doesn’t come from starving yourself. It comes from fueling muscle, recovering properly, and trusting the process. That’s exactly why we built our macro program and the Twogether app to teach you how to eat for your body, not against it,” they concluded, referring to their health app.

Haley and Hanna, who turned 25 this month, are open about their ardour for well being and health.

Haley, who got engaged to Cowboys tight finish Jake Ferguson last April, said in a current TikTok video that she’s doing a “bridal bootcamp” to get prepared for their marriage ceremony day.
In 2023, the former D-I guards helped the Hurricanes attain their first Elite Eight in program historical past before their March Madness run ended at the fingers of the eventual champion LSU.
