Cardi B is sharing her latest Bardi blessing with her fans!

On Wednesday, the proud mommy celebrated her son Grey M.D.’s first birthday by sharing the first full-face photos of the baby boy she shares with Stefon Diggs, alongside a heartfelt tribute about how he helped her through one of the most uncertain times of her life.
“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D🩶🩶🩶!!” Cardi captioned the Instagram post. “It’s only been 1 year since meeting you, but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever.”
The Grammy-winning rapper reflected on carrying Grey during a particularly challenging chapter, crediting her baby boy with giving her strength before he was even born.
“I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength,” she wrote. “I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life!”
Cardi also put a purely precious spin on her son’s name, sharing how her little bundle of joy has brightened her world.
“You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile, your laugh, and your precious spirit.”
Grey is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with Diggs. She also shares Kulture, Wave and Blossom with her estranged husband, Offset.
As previously reported, Cardi gave fans their first full-face glimpse of daughter Blossom in June 2025, sending Bardi Gang into a frenzy over the adorable addition to her family.
Now, it’s baby Grey’s turn to make his grand debut.
On Instagram, celebs and fans flooded Cardi’s comments with birthday wishes for the baby boy.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREY!!” wrote Kelly Rowland.
“😍😍😍adorable,” wrote Shamea Morton.
